I guide your group through the doormat-painting process live so nobody has to figure it out alone.
1½–2 hour private session
Your group gets a private live session with enough time to create, ask questions, and enjoy the experience.
Supply + prep list
You’ll receive a clear list ahead of time so everyone knows exactly what to purchase and have ready before the call.
Music + a little fun
This is still a Whitney Made It experience. Expect music, conversation, and a simple activity or icebreaker depending on the group.
Live troubleshooting
If something goes sideways while you’re painting, you can ask questions and get help in real time.
Your own finished doormat
Everyone works on their own project and ends the session with a doormat they created themselves.

You’ll purchase and prepare your own supplies.
No painting supplies are shipped or provided as part of the virtual event. Each participant purchases and prepares their own supplies before the Zoom call. I’ll send a clear shopping and preparation list ahead of time so everyone knows exactly what to buy and have ready.
Purchase a doormatEach participant needs one doormat ready before the call.
Purchase paint + brushesChoose your paint colors and purchase the brushes listed in the prep guide.
Purchase painter’s tape + spray adhesiveHave both items ready before the session begins.
Purchase your sealantHave the sealant you plan to use on your finished doormat ready for after painting.
Prepare your stencilMake your own stencil, or order one from Whitney Made It if you need me to create it for you.
NEED A STENCIL?
Don’t know how to make one? I can.
Making your own stencil is completely fine. If you’d rather have Whitney Made It create the stencils for your group, you can add them to your virtual booking at the regular stencil rate.
Shipping is included in the stencil pricing. Let me know how many participants in your group need a Whitney Made It stencil when you submit your event request.

HOW IT WORKS
From request to Zoom night.

Tell me your preferred date, group size, and what you’re planning.
I confirm availability
I’ll review your request and confirm whether your preferred date works.
Pay the booking retainer
Your booking becomes official after availability is confirmed and the 30% non-refundable retainer is paid.
Get your prep list
Your group receives the supply and preparation information before the event.
Add stencils if needed
Participants can make their own stencils or order them through Whitney Made It at the regular stencil rate.
Meet me on Zoom
Turn on the music, pull out the supplies, and let’s paint.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
A few things to know.
Private virtual events require at least 5 paid participants.
Please request your event at least 14 days in advance.
If stencils need to be created and shipped, please allow at least 21 days before your event whenever possible.
Your final guest count and remaining event balance are due 14 days before the event.
The 30% booking retainer is non-refundable and applies toward your total.
Virtual Paint & Sip bookings and stencil shipping are currently available within the United States only.

Do you ship the painting supplies?
No. Participants purchase and prepare their own doormats, paint, brushes, painter’s tape, spray adhesive, sealant, and other items listed in the prep guide.
What if I don’t know how to make a stencil?
No problem. You can make your own stencil or order stencils through Whitney Made It. The regular rate is $30 for the first stencil and $5 for each additional stencil ordered with the group booking. Shipping is included in that pricing.
Can everyone choose a different stencil design?
Yes. If your group orders stencils from Whitney Made It, participants may choose different designs. Design details will be coordinated after booking.
How long is the virtual session?
The live Zoom experience is approximately 1½–2 hours.
How many people do I need?
A minimum of 5 paid participants is required.
Is the $35 price in addition to the stencil?
Yes. The $35 per-person rate covers the private live Virtual Paint & Sip experience. Stencils are optional and are charged separately only if your group needs Whitney Made It to create them.
Do I have to order a stencil from Whitney Made It?
No. If you already know how to make your own stencil, you’re welcome to use it.
Does submitting an inquiry reserve my date?
No. Your booking is official only after availability is confirmed and the 30% non-refundable booking retainer is paid.
